We would like to introduce our Peel Ply for Pultrusion/Vacuum process,which made of Nylon or polyester.
By using in the pultrusion process, it can provide an excellent product interface for pultruded glass panels and improve the shear force of resin bonding.
By using in the vacuum process, it greatly improve the roughness of the product.It has high tensile strength, good tear resistance, easy to peel, widely used in the molding process of various FRP industries such as wind power pultruded sheets, wind power blades and nacelles, yachts and sports equipment,etc.
Normal density is 85GSM, width from 1000mm to 2000mm,Color is white with red stripe. And different weight and width are available.Max. Temperature of Polyester Peel Ply is 180 ℃,Max. Temperature of Nylon Peel Ply is 230℃.
